I have spent my life building things that matter—companies, cultures, communities—and most of all, belonging.
For over 25 years, I led a group of purpose-driven businesses in Canada, known as much for their award-winning performance as for the people-first culture I cultivated within them. And when I was approached to sell the companies, I had some soul searching to do. And once satisfied that the people would be well cared for and have great opportunities, I passed the torch to a larger, values-aligned partner and stepped into my next chapter.
My passion projects now have one common thread. They all involve witnessing people opening their greatest gifts - sometimes those gifts are wrapped in love, sometimes in pain, sorrow, joy, confusion, fear and sometimes awe. And they always contain wisdom and truth.
I join you on the journey to remembering yourself. Through Tell Love Stories, Kindness at Work, Good Grief at Work and Reimagine Goodbye I am present to the moments that matter most.
